Construct chart in jpg

The author constructed his chart in Word and it isn't attractive. I need an attractive original jpg made of this black and white chart constructed in Word. We will use it in the author's book, so a typical jpg that can be inserted in a Word page will be fine. The final printed page will be 5.5 X 8.5, so the chart should not be too large. Please note that the terms outside of the wheel should have a uniform font, the title, "Wheel of Destructive Behaviors" should be handsome, and the author's name and copyright notice at the bottom should be appropriately smaller. Feel free to be creative while keeping the serious nature of the chart in mind. We need this before the week starts on Monday.
