Convert a Template to a Website

I have a small kayak rental company in the San Juan Islands. Because of currents, it's one of just a handful of rentals- most are guided. No reservations are needed. We have 27 boats, of which there is a mix of singles, doubles, sit-in and sit-on-top recreational kayaks. Most of our business is walk-in, spur of the moment. We are located right on a sandy beach where people launch. I purchased Elegant Themes' "Divi" theme and "Divi" page designer. I want to stress the safety, the "all ages," "group and family friendly, the various experiences from using different boats, and the "do it on your own schedule" approach. We have pictures of the boats and clients, the beach and water shots. My guess is you will need to specify the kinds of photos that make most sense. I'd like the site to be VISUAL- a slider on the front page. Easy access to relevant rental info and types of boats- maybe a pricing table. I like the use of icons, blurbs and other visual elements. We encourage phone as well as walk-ins. I want people to be able to use social media to comment and/or to follow us. I want a module for testimonials. I want a contact and location/map page. I want a blog page for daily pics/videos, curated customer content and announcements. Maybe a sortable portfolio. I want either a page or a sidebar for marine weather, winds, etc. I also want a daily tide chart. I want an opt-in monthly newsletter- could be MailChimp or equivalent. I do not want a lot of custom CSS. The point is to get the site up and running and then have me be able to manage it. If this works out, I have two other sites to do essentially the same thing.
