This can be done by many ways depending on your budget. #1. We can build the scene in sketchup and apply outer scenes there. Then we can attach the external environment and apply animation using blender or Maya #2. This is more realistic but will be more expensive. Making entire model with exterior in blender or maya without sketchup and animating. #3. I have an alternate too which is new technology known as WebGL This will give ore smoothness to your project, you can open the whole 3D model in your browser and can show it on your mobile and computer to your teachers. This will cost less than treditional but more thans ketchup one

we can use unity 3d to tour in a building or adobe flash for animation. we coulnd add some sounds and effects to make it more realistic
