We are an established brand in the gluten-free industry. We are looking to update our label design to distinguish a new line of flour blends and baking mixes. We are launching a revolutionary new gluten-free flour blend. It is the first gluten-free flour that creates a true dough without the use of xanthan gum or guar gum. There is no other gluten-free bread flour blend on the market that performs like it in terms of structure, mellow flavor and sound nutrition. This multi-grain, ivory-colored blend is an excellent source of fiber, but you’d never know it by tasting the results. Our primary customer base is women age 28-65 yrs. So we are looking for something that will create a premium, luxurious, yet innovative feel, but appeal to women age 28-65.

Hi there. Firstly let me say that your product sounds amazing! I hope that it can come to the shelves of supermarkets in Australia. My wife is gluten free for medical reasons, so I am sort of gluten free by proxy. As for my experience; I have been designing for a number of years now, I started out as designing user interfaces for software and then moved into web interface design. In my last role, which I was in for seven years I spent a large part of my time doing general graphic design and managing client artwork for print. The company was an ambient media company, and my role there was primarily in house IT/web designer, I also became the in house designer, working on a number of campaign briefs for large clients. Or company was focussed on printed media, and we had our own large format printers in house, as such I gained solid knowledge design for print and all that it entails. My experience as a designer has been long and varied, but I feel that experience in all these different areas in a strength, as I understand design from a lot of different aspects.
