Hi, We need to develop & design a creative website for our 'Mobile Service Centre', The requirements are as follows. 1. The website will feature in both English and Arabic front end 2. Users can book the repairs of their phone and select collection or drop off 2.1. Each stage of the process creates a notification to all parties to update them on what's happening( Email send automatically in each stage exp. if the delivery person collect the phone an email sent to the client that the mobile collected and so on .. 3. Service is pick up and delivery within 24 hours 3.1. Users can select to have a temp phone while theirs is fixed. 4. Users can share socially online with one click that they used the service, this sends them a discount code via email, this can be activated or deactivated by admin. 5. E-commerce shop will also be available on the same site 6. All steps online for the user and staff must update the status when something is done. 7. Booking timer, when a phone is collected it is started by the change in status to collected. This shows a countdown while the job is being completed. Admin can turn this off. timer show for the admins and the staff only. 8. Live chat integration with a third-party service. 9. Live count of how many handsets fixed, admin can change this number. 10. Users make accounts 11. Enquires can be sent via form if the live chat is off. 12.
