Custom PHP Functionality Add On to an Existing Wordpress Directory Theme

I bought and installed this Wordpress directory theme from Themeforest, which includes most of the functionality that I need but it will also require customization. I attached will attach the website files and database, when the project is awarded and send it via email or dropbox. This is the link to the Wordpress Directory theme we are using [login to view URL] We need to be able to let the users add a Menu to their individual Listings Page, basically once you are logged in and go to Submit Listing, we need to allow them to add information somehow similar to the graphic that I attached, similiar to the following Menu in these websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] So when the user goes to this page -Add Listing- [login to view URL] they will have to be able to add their products dynamically, see attached image: Add to the (business Listing backend [login to view URL]) when the users are building their business listing page they will have to choose from one of the following Business Categories: Attorney, CPA, Delivery, Dispensary, Growing, Labs, Physicians, Seed Breeder and Specialty Products When they user is building their Menu in the Business Listing page, they can add items in that menu under one of the following categories: Indica, Sativa , Hybrid ,CBD Products, Edible , Edible drink, Concentrate, Tincture ,Hash , Wax, Preroll ,Topical ,Gear ,Apparel ,Glass Products , Clones , Seeds Indica , Seeds Sativa , Seeds Hybrid , Miscellaneous ,Lights ,Soil ,Nutrients ,Nutrients organic ,Equipment ,Specialty Products. These categories are not going to change but the user has to be able to add dynamically as many products as they want under each one of them. When visitors click on a business icon on the Map, we need to add an icon to the pup up showing if the business is currently Open or Closed, based on their hours, see atatched image (Click on Business on [login to view URL]) When the visitor is looking at a Menu under one of the business listings and they click on a Menu item, they will get a pup up with information about that item. See atttached image (single product on [login to view URL]) The Search bar on the front page has to be modified to show first: Category (dropdown), second, Location (dropdown), and last an Input Box (Search by Dispensary Name, City, Zip Code or State)
