I need a graphic design for website background and image. I have the design and will pay for photos. See the attached file. I am hoping that you, the designer, can replicate this closely. We had it approved by the client before our graphic designer had a death in the family and is now unable to complete the project. SPEC: 1. Banner size: This needs to be: 1051x219 and 300 px/cm. 2. Graphics for banner. The banner design calls for some graphics. See this for example :[login to view URL] or this [login to view URL] I require the designer to tell me the resolution and I will purchase the licensed file (no lifted images please!). 3. Create the background file. This can consist of asking me to purchase a photo that you will make look like it is ghostly and flaming (see image). 4. The client's logo is small and not very easy to see. Improving this logo may be necessary. Thank you!
