I already have a website that needs to be updated and more friendly for me to make changes and on going updates. As it is now I always have to go back to my Web guys for every little change and I can't afford the cost or delays. The Website does a lot of things so its not a project for someone with a fair amount of experience. It allows individuals to sign up for an on-line course, it grades the exams, it issues a certificate of completion once the required hours are met and a minimum test score is met, it develops on-line reports for me to review, etc, etc. Please take a look at it and let me know what you think.
