Hello! The company is named Paradigm and it's area of competence includes but doesn't restrain to marketing, PR, branding and HR, as well as contact with a foreign client and translations. What do I have in mind when I speak of this logo, is a simple, bold text with "G" in Paradigm being replaced by a shape reassembling a diamond (like in cards) but with its upper-right corner missing. Bonus points are granted if logo comes with a background and can be deployed on a business card. Here I'm leaving it to your imagination but the design for business card should be somehow connected to a slogan "They create them. We break them." In my head the background is made of shapes in colors of blue-grey-white. These shapes should look like broken glass? Or just be different, somehow random? You get it, Paradigm = broken, background are its shattered pieces. Style is business light-casual, it shouldn't look corporate (dead) and bring attention of the eye.
