I am a sports investor looking for someone to provide me with access to sports scores and the Vegas line movements. Initially I would like to capture NBA scores and lines, and if I am happy with the work I would like to extend to NFL, MLB, NHL, etc. I want someone who is familiar with the sports and specifically the NBA and can understand the concept of sports investing and what the spread, money line and total scores mean. For the NBA stats, I need: Home Team, Away Team, Breakdown of the scoring by each quarter, half and end of game. For the Vegas stats I need open spread, closed spread, ML odds for both teams, quarter spreads, half spreads and total spreads by each quarter, half, and overall game. I need this data to be in either an Excel File or you create an SSIS package for me to load into my database with a connection to the source. I am looking to do a daily load of last night's game into this database. I am familiar with SQL, SSIS, SSRS and am looking to use this data to perform my own queries and stored procedures to aid me in my sports investing. I wrote the wireless web site for CBSSportsline and vegasinsider.com. Each takes publicly available feed of sports and odds information, respectively. They come in as a constant XML stream, so it's not incredibly hard to read that and just re-package the info.

Hello, Since 2008 my team provides odds comparison and auto-betting solutions for 2 UK online bookmakers and 1 offline bookie in Czech Republic, and we know everything about parsing, matching the odds data from different sources. We haven't tried with NBA stats but we recently implemented scrapping of NHL live data so we understand how to deal with quick updates of real-time stats. Right now we have working code that scraps/matches the events/markets/selections from dozens of bookmakers. We never tried USA bookmakers (except "Pinnacle"), but we scrap EU, Asian, and AU bookies so our system proved to be capable of dealing with regional bookmakers differences. We have support for odds exchanges (BetFair, BetDaq, sMarkets) and we have experience with big commercial data providers (txOdds / BetRadar) if you want to go the expensive way. Our own system is deployed to Amazon EC2 grid, Google AppEngine and 20 virtual servers of different providers to avoid bans from sites. We have two 24/7 maintenance developers to monitor the system, do additional matching when needed, etc. 3 more developers are here for quick fixes. We would prefer to get you access to our data on the monthly subscription basis under strict SLA, but we can discuss the delivery of out-of-the-box solution as well. Depending on the setup, we can provide data as an text formats (xml, cdv or json) or directly from Google AppEngine (mySql or BigTable). Looking forward to hear for you, Regards, Michael

I already am tracking NBA lines for each night based by quarters and halves. Everything in your description I basically do except capture line movement. I have the data in excel already and feel free to contact me. I'm really not looking to get paid like the other folks, I'm more looking for a partnership for both of us to make money off NBA.
