Develop a website that enables the construction of custom survey forms, built using the [login to view URL] framework. It needs to be able to accept a list of questions, including the UI showing further optional questions if the user enters specific answers to initial questions. The UI also needs to be able to expand and collapse large questions.

Hi Mate I am a freelancer developer based out of Melbourne (well from one of the northern suburbs). I am really intrigued to work on this project and even though I know the project's budget is been a little underestimated I have no issues with that and willing to develop it for $750 only (ofcourse with Freelancer commission it is quoted a little more).
