We need cute, rich and colourful illustrations for a series of children's books (2-5 year olds) about 2 animal characters and their adventures. There is potential for the book to be turned into an e-book app and/or animation, so graphics must be computer generated and experience in providing illustrations compatible with apple and android apps would be ideal. Examples of the style of illustration we are looking for: - cute/cuddly/endearing, ie big eyes/almost Japanese style drawing (see (a) the porcupine and the giraffe at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], (b) youtube video of: Little Snowflake and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star from Super Simple Songs at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], (c) powerpuff girls) - rich and colourful (see children's book "On The Moon" by Anna Milbourne). Please send: 1. your interpretation of an adventurous ant, 2. samples from your portfolio and 3. short description of experience. We would like the illustrations for the first book by end Feb and anticipate working together during Feb to fine-tune the illustrations so they meet our needs. Please bid for the FIRST BOOK (approx 20 pages).
