Project Description: I have a list of 750,000 email subscribers to whom I want to send newsletters or other marketing messages once a week. I need an experienced bulk email marketing professional/company, with a dedicated server and multiple IPs, able to send out 150,000 emails every weekday for an indefinite period of time. I need you to: 1) Use a sophisticated program that allows for each email to be sent and addressed individually, so the recipient's email address is shown and his/her name in the greeting (no undisclosed recipients or BCCs) 2) Remove all the bounces, unsubscribe request and complaints from the list; 3) Scrub the list against any spam trap data you can provide; 4) Return clean lists to me in an excel file; 5) Send daily reports (open-rate, click-throughs, etc) 6) Not get caught for spamming (but if you do, you need to deal with the complaints and make sure the campaign continues) Please be aware that the list is more than 6 months old and needs to be cleaned. Expect many bounces in the beginning. After a month or so, however, your delivered-to-inbox rate must go up significantly. Basically, we need a freelancer or a company who can manage this project. But with the right equipment and software, once properly set up it should really run on its own. We will send you a new newsletter every week. MUST be experienced. We are looking for a long-term relationship. Please give us a price per month.
