A "can-do" attitude and superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must.\r\n\r\nA creative and dynamic marketing thinker, the Search Engine Marketing Manager will be involved in some or all of the following: pay per click advertising (for Google, Yahoo, and MSN), Google Analytics, banner and online advertising, SEO optimization, cross-sell opportunities, landing page optimization, and integrated online, classified site posting and offline marketing campaigns.\r\n \r\nStrategize and optimize campaigns to develop new revenue opportunities where possible\r\n\r\no Develop and communicate a lead generation plan that executes goals of generating leads and contacts for the sales team\r\n\r\no Pro-actively create and manage program goals, report activities and campaign performance, increase volume and quality of leads generated from affiliates\r\n\r\no Determine top affiliates to recruit, and drive efforts to contract new affiliates\r\n\r\no Prospect and qualify potential affiliates using online research, referrals and cold calls\r\n\r\no Conduct sales communications and outreach via email marketing, integration into newsletters, webinar series, etc. that focus on generating leads and engaging sales contacts\r\n\r\no Determine and manage lead generation marketing budget; track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of campaigns for prioritization of resources\r\n\r\no Posting on online classified sites. And Drive Sales\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\no Marketing background and experience working with affiliate networks\r\n\r\no Extensive research and networking capabilities utilizing online data tools\r\n\r\no Knowledge of B2B online marketing and/or online lead generation business models\r\n\r\no Candidate must have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter\r\n\r\no Proven ability to meet deadlines and able to work in a fast paced environment
