This website offers tracking and tracing facility in terms of domestic and international consignments. A customer can just enter the consignment number of the consignment and status of the same can be viewed on-line. If in case the consignment number of the shipment asked by the customer is not available in the database of consignment tracking, an automated form will be made available to him. The customer can enter the consignment to be traced in that on-line tracking form, which will be e-mailed, an automated response e-mail will be sent. The customer will receive the latest status as and when the consignment status changes.

i understand your needs. i have same kind of experience. i did same thing for my previus projects yellowassistance.com. i user send to feedback, this system will generate number and send mail to user, same time send mail to admin, they will response back to user, it send to mail along with separate form listing both user feedback and response. admin part also search functionality.
