Amazon Customer Service

Hi there, I am Japanese native living in Canada. I am experienced in a lot of different fields such as business, marketing, medical and promotions, etc. I am responsible, detail oriented, prompt, easy to work with and am able to write in formal Japanese (we have different levels of politeness, especially in written Japanese). I also worked at Panasonic customer service centre for 2 years in Japan that taught me how to handle different types of requests/complaints well to maintain customers' trust in the company. Although I don't have experience working for amazon, I frequently use amazon for shopping and also often search products to see reviews.
