The department’s bylaws state up to 10 peer tutors may be hired for a given fiscal year. Peer tutors are paid based on their highest degree earned and the number of students they assist. Then, the program will present each name, based on a list alphabetized by last name, for the user to enter each peer tutor’s highest degree earned. Then, the program will present each name, based on a list alphabetized by last name, for the user to enter the number of students each peer tutor has assisted. From this additional information, the peer tutor’s stipend may be calculated. Lastly, the program will print out a report of each peer tutor, alphabetized and their individual stipend.
