I can do a very thorough job of creating a script that will help select record from excel and generate PDF in the attached format, with data filled in. We can develop an application in VB.Net also, but I would suggest that we code it in PHP if that is okay by you. It will run from a browser. Please let me know. Hi, I specialize in creating custom-made, interactive PDF forms and scripts and I can do this script for you quickly and professionally. I suggest to do this using a script in Acrobat, not with a VB macro, because that gives you much bigger control over the process. I've noticed that the file you shared does not contain any form fields, so my quote includes creating those form fields for you and developing the script to copy the Excel data (under some restrictions) and then save the file under a new name. Hi, This cannot be done directly from Excel (not reliably anyway). I can write you a small app which allows you to select the Excel file and the pdf form. It would then populate the pdf form. Thanks

Hi ShaneBuckley, I'm an expertwebdeveloper doing smaller webapps for SMEs, like this PDF-population script :) My question is: that since a PDF cannot be opened and filled, can I do a JPG or other format picture, from this form and write the text on it? It'll look like this page, but only the filled text will be searchable - and also will be bigger in size because this. The other way is to create the PDF in whole from PHP, but that requires much more time to make the form very-very similar to this one - but I can do that also.. I can do a sample PHP-generated PDF if You would like to have such a thing even from Your PDF, but I'll be away tomorrow so only for the day after tomorrow... Waiting for Your answer, thanks Tamas
