Business Directory Web Site Design (CSS, JavaScript)

Hello friends, my project is a web site design for a business directory. The php script will be done from my side. Actually it is ready but as the design, i can configure or edit it. So business directory will be programmed in CSS. And it should be compatible with all the major browsers and with internet explorer 7 and 8 should be compatible too. It should be have a web 2 look (new generation). The web site has the following main menus: - Homepage (paid companies list with slider, search bar with location, last companies, products, classifieds (in tabs), news, ads places - Company categories - Cities - Companies --- Company pages should be contain company info, google map, its products, its classifieds, its pictures, and contact option. The comapny pages have 2 other design: one is paid companies (without ads and good look) and normal companies (normal look and with ads) - Products of companies --- product logoi pictures, details and price - Classifieds of companies --- classified categories --- classified logo, detail, deadline, details, and classified art The details will be spoken after we agree. It will be used the türkish texts, and thats why i want you to use utf8 charset on the web site design. After i award the project, in the 50% progress i will give 40% of the milestones but no release. After the design is finished, i will give 100% milestones and after that i will release the milestones. Because of the bad experience here, i wont release any milestones before the design is 100% finished. Don't offer, if you dont accept it. And other thing, the timing is very important. If you accept to finish the design in 10 days, if the design is not finished in 10 days, i wont wait any more 1 day and break the project and give my negative feedback.
