Create a site designed as phone

I need a simple website for a presentation designed as follows: The website will have a big smartphone image (that's all that will be on the website except for footer links) in the middle of it, and on the screen of the phone, there will be the real website, which will be designed in a pink and gray theme (an example for design, and all relevant images will be sent to winning bidder). The site inside the phone will have a logo in the top, and beneath it a header stating the daye and time, and in the body of the site, 9 square buttons, on each one a different image and a text beneath it. the first and last square will be links, pressing them will open a pop-up window "inside" the smartphone, with a designated URL, and the user will be able to use that site until he closes it. Once he closes the site, the square button should change into a different image, and clicking on it will open a link to a youtube movie. This is a visualization of the site: [login to view URL]
