Complete this 1 Web Page

I did ~80% of a webpage I want designed and need your help taking the page to completion. After arriving on the page, the user is given the option to swipe left or right in the grey box at the bottom. Once the user starts swiping in either direction, the aqua box should turn into a countdown timer starting from 10 seconds with millisecond resolution. Each time the user swipes, it should increase the score by 1. Once the timer in the aqua box reaches 0, several things should happen. 1) The aqua box will either show "You won" or "You lost" based on whether or not the user's score is greater than the high score. 2) The grey swipe button should show the text "Tap to Play Again" If tapped, the webpage will reset to the pre-game state when the user first arrived at the page. 3) If the user won, below the grey box should be a white box with the words "Get Your Prize". If the user didn't win, show the white box below the grey box with the words "Get Your Consolation Prize" The white box below the grey box should be clickable only after the game is over, and will redirect the user to a URL of my choosing. Making the code as small as possible and load as quickly as possible across multiple types of mobile phones is very important. 2) There should be no server-side code. This webpage will be hosted on a CDN somewhere. 3) Swipe detection is to be done using [login to view URL] no other libraries for swipe-detection. 4) The page needs to be mobile-responsive using rem for font sizing. In your bid please explain how you plan to finish the web page. I value native code over large libraries. Design is not as important as function.
