Creation of a grid of cells (layed on a city) using web mapping and GIS and populate data with the help of googlemap apis

I want to create a very simple prototype that will create a grid of 30m x30m squares probably using fishnet or similar technology. The grid needs to be spread across any one country/city. And assign some random number. The grid is to be created using coordinate (TSM mercator) or lat/long mechanism so that clear boundary of the square could be determined. Once that is done. Need to call google map Apis to pull some addresses and map it into the grid. It could be a web (online) or on a desktop solution. Application logic can be done using Java script on the back of APIs from googlemaps. And all this data needs to stored in the GIS or any relevant database. Happy to be an open source or anything that is free/cheap and can be configured or accessed from my machine as well.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a spatial data analysis/GIS expert and would be very interested to work on this project. I am not 100% sure what deliverables you require, but it fits in well with my skillset. I can generate fishnet grids from a range of techniques e.g. Python, Javascript, QGIS, work with spatial databases, and have experience of web mapping, although I prefer Open Layers 3 to Google Maps API. I would like to know more. To give you more details on my background, my academic education was in Ecology and Natural Resources management, up to masters level, during which I gained skills in quantitative data analysis, programming, and GIS. The project will contain MXD, JPG, PDF and KML file to display the scenario of BPDS. And Interactive maps. MXP for ArcGIS software. This most use Software is capable of editing modifying attributes, fields. You can get Printable maps in JPG or PDF format. Or if you post data I will create prototype maps. He I mentions one upzzila of Bangladesh under Jessore Districts

Hi, I hope you are fine. This is my initial proposal for you. If you want to change something you just need to contact with me. - I will write a script in Javascript to create the the fishnet dynamically. - The fishnet will be stored in a PostgreSQL database and you will be able to access to the data using Geoserver. - If you do not have any IT infrastructure I can store the data in my own Geoserver instance and later you can move everything to other machine. -I can provide you support installing the database and the other software you need in a free hosting service.
