CRE 6.4B2B PHP ISSUES AND TWEAKING

I have a few issues with my CRE 6.4B2B website that I would like resolved: #1 - I am unable to add any new products which involve product attributes as I receive the following error: Array ( [products_options_sort_order] => 3 ) 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 update products_attributes set products_options_sort_order = '3' where products_attributes_id = [TEP STOP] Already copied over the attributes sorter php from a functioning site to this one and it did not fix the problem. #2 - Since the upgrade from 6.2B2B to 6.4B2B I am unable to review what is active in the shopping carts that customers are adding when I used to be able to do so. #3 - The Sales Over Time is seriously overreported since the upgrade to 6.4B2B. #4 - Would like to get some upgraded security on this site so it cannot be hacked (if possible). #5 - Would like to add a few fields that print out on my invoice - a) Date Shipped; b) Method Shipped; c)Tracking Number. THIS IS NOT A MAJOR ISSUE so if it is too costly, then I will not do it. May want the changes done to this site done for two additional sites. There is not presently a problem with the product attributes two of the sites. Please note the main site is of an adult nature, require confidentiality and discretion. Thanks.
