Part 1 Tell us what we need to incorporate and what steps we need to take Find out what it costs to incorporate and where we need to go (or can you do it?), we do not want to spend lots of money on this, we’ve found companies online offering this service for €750. Include in this also hidden cost and annual costs ect. Part 2 Help us incorporate and advise on the steps we need to take Help us find a bank (with internet banking account) and get an account Get all the things done to get us incorporate Part 3 Help us set up a bank account Get us an VAT ID Help us getting a EORI number Help us finding import fees Help us find the right accountant Notes * It would help if you are from Greece or speak the language * It increases chances when you’ve already have experience with this. * We don’t speak greek and like to deal with other companies (forming company, bank, accountant) that can speak English. Bidding Please bid for the full amount for this consultancy, the costs of the incorporation are separate from this project of course. We escrow 3 amounts, 20% for step 1, 30% for step 2, 50% for step 3 once every step is completed and we have documents we’ll release the money..
