Arabic Internationalisation & Branding of Magento Store

The site is based on [login to view URL] which I believe is created with Magento. The final site is to be branded to be close in look and feel as this site. Also require deployment of site onto hosting provider and link up of online payment provider that supports if possible middle eastern currencies. A work around will be considered. If that is the case please specify this in your application. The site needs to be appropriately internationalized as it is target at the Middle East market. It is desireable but not necessary to have knowledge of the Arabic. First language will be English with a user being able to select Arabic as an alternative. We have not purchased an template at this stage but will consider doing so if it makes the job much easier. Since the site will be selling eBooks the developer needs to ensure that the site can support this.
