I used to have a small furniture factory, where I've executed for myself the components for a wooden/panels extension for my mother house. I could diligently work on your project, but I have to make few observations: - on such structure (wooden/panels) is not possible to make it air/water tight. it could be designed to don't allow air circulation in order to avoid currents, but not air tight. same for water. anyway, this involve using a kind of gasket or other sealing means. - depending the final use of the shelter, it could require further finishing. - most important: you need it to be able assemble/dismantle often or just need to assemble and let there? - what foundation is available: in any case the foundation should be leveled - which is the general layout of the structure: single, room, more rooms, the rooms are equals, etc, etc. As a general overview, it is possible to design this modular system which to allows you with only few people and a hand crane to raise it up, but is necessary a comprehensive discussion.
