High-level MATLAB commands for plotting of graph are NOT allowed, eg unmesh, gplot, and pdist, which may quickly convert a graph into the Laplacian matrix. You are supposed to (arbitrarily) number the nodes, extract their coordinates, calculate the edge distance, and construct the Laplacian matrix. The procedure and codes need to be clarified and well commented. The plot command can be used to highlight the nodes in your figure. As the project is relatively simple, hence, budget for this project is $50-90 to be exact. Deadline is in a week. PM if interested.

Hello Sir, I'm an Expert in MATLAB and i would like to help you for this shortest path finding algorithm. I can help you to make the code which will find the shortest path between two nodes. You can change the no. of nodes and per your needs. And the code will randomly put nodes position and after that it'll show you the plot in 200 x 100 area. This code will highlight the shortest path between those two nodes. and the values of Distance between those two path and The Path choose by the algorithm will be shown on the command window.
