Build an MS Access database for a translation business

Good morning, I'd like some help on an MS Access file. I started the work myself but then realised I was "in over my head" and I'm looking for someone to help me complete the job. My need in details is the following: I have a small translation business. Clients send us files of varying types and our translators work to transform them into other languages. I was using MS Excel to keep track of the jobs and manage billing etc. but it's not really efficient enough and we have to enter data several times. With Access I'd like to: * enter details of arriving jobs (client, filename, job size) * assign job from a translator on our list * track jobs I'd also like to use this system for billing, so it needs to be able to check the delivered jobs at end of month and print invoices. Then, when translators bill me for their work, I'd like to enter this in the system too, thus having a full overview of our costs each month/qtr/year.
