I have an existing MS Access Database which is mostly functioning well. I wish to add functionality to allow each month the payroll run to be generated by appending records into a new table. The full project description is in the attached PDF document.
I have an existing MS Access Database which is mostly functioning well. It is a database of our members of staff, and information about them. We are a relatively small organisation. There is one main table (Staff) with approximately 75 records and approximately 40 fields (job title, address, phone number etc). Of those 75 records, approximately 30 relate to our “Current” staff, and the rest are mostly for “Former” staff who have now left.
This should be a straightforward project for someone highly skilled in MS Access, including VBA.
I wish to run our payroll monthly by appending records to a new table (Payroll), the fields for which I have already created. Each month records will be appended which show the monthly gross pay for each member of staff, as well as some of the deductions. This information will subsequently be sent elsewhere to actually create the individual payslip records and work out the tax and national insurance etc. So this project has nothing to do with payroll or tax legislation or calculation – it is purely drawing on existing information within the database.
Information will need to be drawn from the Staff table in order to populate the Payroll table.
After the payroll run, I would like to have a form in tabular view to look at the newly created records. And I would like this form to allow me to generate a report so that I can save as PDF and send to external providers.

I have gone through your project requirements and the pdf file.. I will do all the things you have mentioned regarding the payroll development. I will append the records for the month and year selected but will not override if already done. I will do them for the current employees only. I will also add the functionality to add for the current running month also, i.e. those employees who have become "Former" during the current month.
I am ready to do communication via skype and I do speak good English. My ratings are sufficient for you to have confidence in me.
I will do the project within 3 days of the award and payment of milestone amount.
I will keep the things confidential. I will discuss the fields #9 and 10 in your pdf file..

I'm an expert Access/VBA developer and can do the job for you, including creating the report. If you have Access 2010 or higher then the report can directly be saved as PDF.

From the pdf attached what I understand is there is an Access database of Staff and you need to append the rows in the table each tim when payroll is run and to have a form to generate a report.
