Hi there I am looking to create a Andriod app for Andriod mini tv box ( see device: [login to view URL] ) The link above device will connect to a normal tv / LCD, within the device it will run our custom android app The app must do the following: x Open the app in full screen mode x Connect to a external database ( eg: mysql or some sort of database ) x Check and download the contents ( which are avi, mp4, ppt, jpg, txt,etc ) and also a playlist or config file x connect to download and check, using via 3G or Wifi x it must download to the local app, into a temp cache x Once there is a update or added new content from the server side, app must check and download, and restart updated playlist to display onto tv/ lcd without closing the app,( while app is running) Want this app to run as a Digital signage system remotely to tv/ LCD.. Note the app will display split screen contents at once. Can this be done, got low budget.
