Android Application Master Developer Needed

We're looking for someone that can develop a custom android application for our company. We don't want some cookie cutter app built using some platform that we can find ourselves and build. We need something that is completely custom that can be copyrighted by our company. Some of the specifications - The app needs to be password protected. We will not be offering this app to the general public, it will be a private app for our company employees. Each person does NOT need a unique login and password, just one login and password will be fine, but we do need the ability to change the password in case an employee is fired, and then some how make the app ask everyone for the new password, but we don't want the employees to have to put in a password each time they start the app - only when we change the password. I hope that makes sense, if it doesn't, please don't bid on this project :-) - The app will only have a couple of sections. 1. A list of company employees contact information; name, phone number(s), email, title 2. List of documents that they're able to download; sales orders, fax coversheets, company letterhead 3. The one last section that is needed will probably be the hardest. We need to have a custom calculator (form) that a sales representative can fill out to generate a unique proposal for out customer, once the proposal is generated, the sales rep will need to have the ability to save the proposal to their phone as a pdf, word doc or excel spreadsheet, so that they can print it out from their computer. We currently have a version of this form working in both excel and as an pdf file, so if you are awarded the project you won't have to figure out all the calculations, you can simply just put them from the excel doc. The most important thing here is that it's easy for them to access this as well as fill it out. - This application needs to be able to work on all android devices, some of our employees have older devices using different android OS's and we need it to work on theirs as well. - All code used to develop the application must be custom and can not have ties to any other service or developer or rely on any outside network other than within our company. - Application will need to be delivered to us, uploaded to the market by us and then verified that it's functional prior to release of payment.
