Android Honeycomb App Development

I am looking for a developer to enter a contest with me hosted by box.net. The first place prize wins $25,000 and second place wins $10,000. If we are top 10 we win an HP touchpad. Details here: [login to view URL] I want to create a killer note taking app made with a stylus in mind. I have great design and features. This is what I bring to the table. I am a product manager. I will design UI and UX of app, branding, and produce video of app at end. All I need is someone to program it for android tablet. I am not paying for this app development. The compensation and agreement are as follows : - you will receive 50% of first place cash ($25,000) if we win - you will receive 50% of second place cash ($10,000) if we get second. - you will get the HP TouchPad if we place between 3-10 - you will receive nothing if we do not reach top 10 - in any event, I will own 100% of app (product, branding, code, etc,) - if you agree to these terms, you will need to sign contract App will need to be deeply integrated with [login to view URL] API. API info can be found at bottom of page of link posted above. You must be able to integrate API, such as version history, comments, search, tags... App will also need to export to word or format editable by word. VERY IMPORTANT: You must be able to dot an "I" with the stylus by just tapping. This is the level of accuracy needed.
