Please find attached a spec for the boat game app. When you place a bid please mention if you can supply graphics / sounds for the app. The plan is to first develop the Android version, once that has been completed the iOS version can be built by copying the Android app.

I have 3 years of experience in android and 2 years of game development on android platform. I have also made my own game engine running on opengl es for the android platform. I can code the game for android platform since I am not familiar with iOS development. That being said, now for the game part. Since it is a 2D game it would be nice to have a retro looking graphics as they appeal to most users and quirky sound effects. I can design the graphics and sound too. Will there be any upgrade feature such as coins, achievements etc?
