need someone who can design in HTML, JS and CSS and also knows Phonegap. The developer must have good English, be able to chat over video and constantly be able to communicate progress over Google Hangouts and email. I am an engineer and I have been developing for 10+ years so no funny business. Job Description: We are looking for a developer who will design a Phonegap based app for a small business loyalty program. All the app really needs to do is display the data as most of the calculations and tough work is done on the backend server that the app will connect to. THE APP MUST BE RESPONSIVE AND SMOOTH. All the API calls, concept images and use cases are done, now we just need to have the device coded but this app needs to be finished in 2 weeks. Since this is all HTML, JS and CSS most of the integration with external APIs (such as Google Maps, FB) can be simply done. I need the freelancer to be able to communicate everyday over Google Hangouts, I need the source code Git pushed to a repository (to track progress) and there are no exceptions to these rules. Furthermore I need an APK every day or two with the progress. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
