Create a GAME application in Android

I want an android game application to be developed. The requirement for the game app is as below: 1) Available Android only. (Gleame) In app purchase, free downloads 2) Alien Space Ship is landing on earth. Goal is correctly land the ship on the surface of the earth and mountains. Data shown calculates and helps you land correctly. Miscalculating the ships landing will either alert you that your dropping to fast or ship will crash into the surface of earth. Key points: - Ship is to land gently, and is controlled by thrusters. - Vector graphics - Levels start as a wide shot then a close up shot as the ship gets lower to the surface. - Controlled thrusters, able to be controlled: left, right , horizontal while landing vertical. - Time based game - Data at the top left and right of the screen shows, fuel gage, score, altitude, time left. - Landing correctly gives bonus points, on tougher terrain, mountains, more points. - examples of types of surfaces: city buildings, mountains, or moving objects. - in app purchases can include freezing moving objects so that landing is easy. - weapons that can destroy buildings so that landing is easy. -landing on restaurants, etc. any of your input would be appreciated
