Create a google play developer account

Hello, I need a fresh Google play developer account. I will pay $50-$120 on top of the $25 registration fee, depending on the country of the account. Requirements 1. Account language should be US English. 2. Make a new Google account. 3. Register and create a new Google play developer account. 4. Account should be created in browser with cleared cookies 5. Pay $25 as a Google play opening fee from your credit card. The payment card should be new and unique. 6. Credit card info should be deleted from Checkout/Wallet section before provided to me 7. After the account has been approved, send me the screenshot. 8. After seeing the account and personally check it, you send me the Google account's username, password and location you used to open the account. I will change them. After that I will pay the remaining. Note: The Android market/google play account has to be created keeping the below factors in mind 1) New IP and clear browser cookies and cache 2) Gmail account with a new, random recovery e-mail that was never used before. 3) No suspended information (e.g. recovery e-mail, phone, ip,credit card that has been suspended by Google) has been linked with the account.
