I understand your project needs. I have already developed such kind of Android Apps and websites relevant to these needs. Lot of options we can discuss that you might think to add in your application. I have relevant experience with this job, 3 year. I can surely do this work within time. In the proposed Android App, i plan to first provide you a admin panel from where you can add info which will display in Android App. So that information can be updated by admin whenever he want.
