Create a Mobile Website - Simple Laravel project

Hi, my name is Ben Smith, I am new to freelancer and this is my first ever bid so apologies if I do anything wrong! I am a UK based developer and having been using Laravel for over a year. I believe myself to be proficient with the framework and after viewing your project description do not believe that this would be a difficult thing to make. A little about me: I graduated in 2012 from the University of York, UK with a first class honours degree in Computer Science. I have spent the time since graduating, teaching myself web development and have worked on a number of projects for local companies to build my skills. Given that the site would be primarily for use on mobile I would use Twitter's Bootstrap framework ([login to view URL]) as this allows for quick and easy production and is built to be a responsive, mobile first css framework. Ordinarily I would not submit such a low bid however I realise that I need to pay my dues working for a low amount before I can increase my rate.
