We have an application that is an on-premises winforms .NET application with data hosted in Microsoft SQL Server. We would like to develop a mobile app to allow users to connect to their existing system. It will be hosted by the user of our software at their premises. Built in Visual Studio 2013 with c#. Target .NET Framework 4. Using Telerik Kendo Mobile controls with HTML5 and JavaScript. App should be built with mobile widgets which automatically adapt to the mobile platform they are run on, delivering native-like look and feel (iPhone, Android, iPad, etc). Screen shots below are samples only. The app should deliver a native look and feel for the device it is running on. We need a developer to create the mobile app and also help us develop instructions for users on install and deployment. The mobile app will essentially be an address book with calendar.

Actually most of the features are doable as our team is experienced but I am afraid this is not a small project, so our estimate is way higher than your set budget of US $1,500.
