Hey, I need a simple web based software where: 1) Person upload existing adnroid app (APK file) 2) Then he could add some text (in a text box) 3) Then he could add a URL in a box 4) Click on Generate APK, and updated APK file would be produced. Now, the 'text' that person added as in point 2 above, would be appear in 'litebox' with 'agree' and 'disagree' button. On clicking agree, app would be installed, on clicking 'disagree' app would not be installed. The URL (as on point 3), should automatically become the 'homepage' URL of the mobile browser of the user, (who installed the app and clicked on agree). Important thing is, this could be done with any kind of APK file without need of any coding (only upload). Budget is $1000 in 10 days.
