I want an app where users will be able to view their facebook friends and decide which of the friends they like and would like to go out with for a night or not. When both users choices agree e.g both users want to go out with each other, a message is sent to each of the users informing them about the desires of each partner. Friends are displayed randomly.

Hi, I have gone through the requirements. basically you require an app which randomly gives you a choice between your facebook friends you would like to hang out with. This can be done very easily.
