AEK marketing app

Hi pros :) I need an app for Android or ios whit a really high security options that cant be shared whit any other users or maybe just one administrator . Windows 8 is also an option but the security is on the top(you can tell me about the time and price for making it on them..) _This app gets photos and information from two or three Selling sites ([login to view URL] Clothing category and [login to view URL] for now) and it will shows them like : +((changeable size photo)) +whit a ((watermark)) on it (very simple looks) +(the highest price of that product) +(including the -colors and -sizes )and any other information for my clients to chose ... +there could be more (for costumer view) if there is any good suggestions from you _this app also has a section only for the administrator which shows about information of that photo the informations of these photos which is most important is: _date of adding it in these sites _price informations (which is included whit discounts and ...) _Subcategories (categories of mens and womens clothing) _information about clothing of each categories(Sewing information for each subcategorie wich can be fixed or Variable..) _there could be more (for back informations of products) if there is any good suggestions from you +++AND i need to UPDATE all when i need it ((for these information and all the photos)) because each day or hour there can be a new seller or new products which any seller will add it to this sites.. I need 3 things from you : _the detailed works you will do (which programing apps or etc.) _time that will take for each part _price of each section and total price for more information I already have a price from a local company which said 2month and 6000 $ price (total) for make it in ios or android and just aliexpress clothing category . but there was not much about their details and...
