Android app for listing information and collecting user review

I am seeking an android app developer to create a listing application. Some of the requirements for the app/app developer are as below: 1. The app developer needs to have the best UI development skills. (Just copy paste and plugin installation will not work, strong CSS skills are needed) 2. The app should have Facebook/Twitter logging in capability. 3. The app should connect with a back end database to post and fetch information (text,images and videos). 4. It should list content which users can review and provide their feedback. 5. User should have the option to post on Facebook/Twitter/Watsapp . [login to view URL] app should have the capability to fetch data from external websites. 7. A lot of the app content will be added by the administrator so I will need a platform/web interface from where the administrator can login and add content. 8. App should be able to send notifications. 9. App should be able to access basic phone info like location and time etc I will be providing the app developer with the required UI design and flow. The selection criteria for the developer will be: 1. Skills and Experience 2. Low price quote 3. Delivery time 4. Developers from Delhi will be preferred (not necessary).
