Develeopp a native android & iOs apps

I want to build a native Android and native iOs mobile apps of an existing web site . There is a reference mobile application from which our apps will be inspired. The workflow and the functions are the same as in the reference mobile application. The project have to be done with high quality in all the steps from UI design to the development. We are bound by the datelines, therefore we will appreciate short and realistic datelines. We will like to work with in a structured manner: design of the different pages, implementations of the different functionality and test. We appreciate high quality bid taking into account our requirements and our restricted financial resources. We have other project in the pipe and we are building a long term relationship starting with this project. All the functionalities present in the reference application have to be implemented but two of them will be adapted with the parameter of our concept which is the same concept.. You will provide us with the language file so that we could put the expected wording for our concept in all the pages. The apps have to be presented in the language of the mobile device and when there is not language file existing for the supported language the default language mus be english. The user muss also be able to select another language manually. The following fonctionality which will be added beyond the one present there are: - possibility to invite automaticaly their e-mail contacts to join the network ( Yahoo,Gmail, MSN, HOTMAIL, WINDOWS LIVE MAIL, [login to view URL]) and Manualy - Possibility for the user to invite their facebook friends to join the platform Possibility for the use to invite their phone contacts via sms to join the platform Possibility to see around them which user need their services and then display all this in a map in form of bubles and the user can access to the detail while cliking on the point displayed Possibility to the user to share their service offer on facebook and with their freinds The same databases used for the web application have to be used for the mobile apps.
