Develop a mobile app to show data from a webservice

i need a small mobile app to be deployed in both android and ios (developed with xamarin). The app consists of a few screens to show and send data from a webservice. The webservice is already developed . ( [login to view URL] ) The app should have 7 screens representing the next 7 key features: - list events display a list of events returned from the webservice, wich receives as a parameter, the gps coordinates of the current location - show event details. The function on the webservice receives an id for the event - login/register (this should be done using simple forms or oAuth, according to user choice). Data should be sent to the webservice wich returns a string with userId. - call external application (google maps) with directions from current user gps position to address of the event - import contacts from user phone and send them to webservice - schedule to send an sms to a list of contacts on a given date ( this is done only on the mobile app, without interaction with the webservice) The app should have a simple navigation menu with options to show a default screen(home) with a welcome text and to list events. When taping an event from the list call function show event details. You are required to deliver full source code of the solution and an installer both for android and ios. Payment will be made after delivery and testing all features by me.
