CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOU OFFER: The selected freelancer will upload the APP directly to APPLE STORE (Using our account) and take care of all the process in order to the APP to be published (this means that all the rules that apple has must be done). Will only make 2 milestones 50% once i see the app working in testfligh and see it works totally and 50% once its online in APPLE STORE. Can make an initial milestone just to cover the freelancer fee but nothing else more. Will not hire any company i want to work directly with programmers or developers. Will not hire anybody who bids instantly. LAST THING, THIS IS A LONGTIME PROJECT, SO BE SMART I NEED A GOOD FREELANCER TO START THIS NEW PROJECT. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The Application is simple, it basically must work this way: The idea is tha we will provide about 50 files (PDF files), maybe more. The application shoud be able to browse this files, once user download the application, then the application will get the files from a website. The app will have this: 1) Splash Screen 2) Browsing screen where will will see categories (we will provide the categories) 3) Then in each categorie there will be the PDF files using a specifc name and a few keywords (we will provide this keywords per each PDF file), this keywords will be used to find the file, in case the user use the search function, if its possible for the app to be able to find words in the PDF files this will be better (so we dont have to provide keywords) 4) Search Button 5) sync button The app must work this way: 1) User open app and this will show the splash screen 2) the user will be taken to the main screen where user will see the categories ordered as a list and a search box in the top 3) user will tap on a categorie and then app will show the PDF files availables on the categorie 4) once user select any PDF file, app will ask the user to download the file 5) once user download the file it must be stored in the app memorie so user can open it any time he needs including offline mode 6) there must be also a button in the categorie area where user will click and the app will download ALL the available PDF files, also inside each categorie this item must appear, so user can with one tap get all files or only get files from an specific categorie 7) once the user get the PDF file, the app must have a viewer to see the PDF file WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY API OR ANYTHING LIKE IT: WILL ONLY PROVIDE: PDF FILES (LINKS) PDF FILES KEYWORDS (TEXT FILES) SPLASH SCREEN GRAPHICS APPLE DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT DATA
