I need a mobile application that can receive communication from a site and send communication back to site in real time. For example: When a customer places an order, the ordering site sends a notification to the office as soon as the customer hits send order, it then shows the customer a screen with a timer while waiting for office to reply. Office receives order through the app which will start sounding off for three minutes and with the rings sounding more frequently to grab attention till someone gets the order. As soon as the office receives order, they have option of accepting or declining it. If they accept it, it will send notification back to customers waiting screen to let them know office has received and will be redirected to thank you page.
