Infact, 90% of the projects done so far are in ASP, which includes simple dynamic page to complex ecommerce related websites. Can you send me the forms detail submitted by employees? Employee can fill the form(after 2 years of his hire date) and Admin can see status of employee form, reports and all. Questions: 1. How will i get employee hire date data? Thanks

Hi, Yes we can design the form for this and let employee update the info and upload the pic if needed, We can save these in the database. We can create reports from this information they saved. Please advise: 1) Is this in English language only ? Or we need to implement in other languages too ? 2) Do you have logo and graphics on the same ? 3) ERD, DFD, Use-Case, Workflow, data dictionary will helpful, thanks for that. 4) I am assuming this to develop this in asp.net, C# , MS Sql server 2008. If you are happy with any Framework and you need the final product, it can be done very easily in XOJO IDE also, the advantage there is that if it`s a single computer application the database will be encrypted and in the same time also on the server based with the mysql server on backend . Advantages : Easy to deploy ; Not involves registry or other settings that can reduce the productivity of the pc. multi os, same app with minor coding can be compiled for windows, mac , linux, webapp in the same time. This is right along the lines of work I do normally. It should be straight forward to provide a conflict of interest form that ties into a SQL backend.
