copy Joomla posts to Wordpress

I need to copy all the few thousand posts from [login to view URL] and keep the Joomla Id / Exact urls into a wordpress version of the website to [login to view URL] so we need to keep the url strings for example: [login to view URL]:este-fin-de-semana-experimenta-la-naturaleza-del-dmq&catid=280:destinos-turisticos&Itemid=948 should be the same Url when we remove the old joomla site and place the new Wordpress site in the root folder. I have already tried to do this with a Plugin from [login to view URL] but it does not import all the posts, I only have posts from 2007 to 2011, so 2 years of posts are missing. So it needs to be done another way.
