Hello , We are working over same application for one our local client , Its for Android ,iOS & web . Basically there are three kind of users like 1) Taxi Seeker(end user), 2) Taxi Driver , 3) Admin From your selected skill set , I think you must be want this only for iOS platform. We can develop this app for user's but for Admin i would suggest you to go for Web based application to handle the management properly because once the users will get increase the system will get crash if you go for mobile based admin. so we have to make the database scalable . I have list out feature list for this project. But i can't share here coz it do not support to attach file. See the development phase is easy but the Testing part takes lot of time because we have to check all functionalities regarding GEO location , GEO fencing & GEO positioning.
